How Example Logistics cut fuel spend per pallet by 18% after rebuilding route planning

Example Logistics, a 140-vehicle distribution company based in Haifa, reduced fuel spend per delivered pallet by 18% in the eight months after replacing manual route planning with automated dispatch. The figure was reconciled against the company's fuel card statements and telematics exports for January to August 2026. Driver overtime fell 11% over the same period, though the company attributes part of that change to a separate shift-pattern revision introduced in March.

Example Analytics reports cutting customer onboarding from six weeks to nine days

Example Analytics, a Tel Aviv B2B software vendor, reports that a rebuilt implementation process reduced median customer onboarding from six weeks to nine days across 34 accounts onboarded between January and July 2026. The figures were supplied by the company from its internal project tracker and have not been independently reconciled, which places this story at Tier 2. Two of the three customers we approached declined to be interviewed.
